Factory 52 Food Hall The Gatherall Adds Three New Vendors, February Events

The Gatherall, the food hall at Factory 52 in Norwood, is expanding its culinary options and adding some food-centered events to the calendar this February.

The food hall features 14 independent kitchen suites with a diverse group of vendors and food offerings ranging from Korean fried chicken from Decibel to barbecue from Lucius Q. Vendors joining that roster include Trophy Pizza and its New York-style pizza; Molly’s Cupcakes, an award-winning bakery with unique center-filled cupcakes that won on the Food Network’s Cupcake Wars; and Tikka Xpress, a fast-casual joint serving up fresh Indian food.

Trophy Pizza is expected to open sometime in early February, and Molly’s Cupcakes plans to open before Valentine’s Day. Tikka Xpress is already open.

“We are excited to add three new vendors to our diverse portfolio of food vendors at The Gatherall,” Nick Lingenfelter, chief development officer of PLK Communities, said in a press release. “For PLK Communities, our goal is to create a world-class food hall that offers the community a place to gather and celebrate our local chefs' incredible culinary talent.”

Fun is also on the new menu at The Gatherall with the addition of Lunar New Year and Fat Tuesday celebrations, as well as a fish fry, to the calendar this month:

Cincinnati Lunar New Year Hosted by Asianati
11:30 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10
The day kicks off with a Lion Dance, a traditional dance in Chinese and other Asian cultures. Vendors will be offering dining specials, and guests can take part in traditional Lunar New Year activities, including red envelope giveaways, lantern-making and calligraphy. There will also be storytime sessions for the kids throughout the day and a dumpling-making demonstration by Yee Mama at 4 p.m.

Jokers Gone Wild: Fat Tuesday at The Gatherall
6-9 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 13
The event will feature New Orleans-inspired music and samples of cuisine that pay homage to the Big Easy.

The Gatherall Fish Fry
6-9 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 16
The Gatherall chefs will show off their creativity and expertise with a variety of fish-based and meatless dishes.
