Fairfield's bourbon offering just got a little more expansive with the recent opening of Jungle Jim's new bourbon bar, The Oscar Station. The new venue is located behind the mega-grocery store and features a wide variety of bourbons, a cocktail menu, chef-crafted snack and appetizers and a smoke-friendly cigar lounge.
The Oscar Station offers over 40 bourbons, including varieties from Pappy Van Winkle, Elmer T. Lee and more.
Located at 8871 N. Gilmore Road, the bourbon bar is part of The Oscar Event Center and is connected to Jungle Jim's via the monorail that was formerly located at Kings Island and is now used at the store for festivals and private events.
Currently, the bar is open from 4-10 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays. When the space isn't being used as a bar, it is available to be rented for private events. The Oscar Station will host a grand opening celebration on Saturday, Jan. 11 from 5-10 p.m. with live music, giveaways and raffles. Admission is free and visitors can order drinks from the bar.
