Graeter's Ice Cream is celebrating its 150th anniversary with several special creations. The dessert shop first released a birthday cake donut and Birthday Cake flavored ice cream — a "blend of cake pieces and sprinkles in cake batter ice cream" — to honor their milestone.
Next, Graeter's is releasing some limited-time Bonus Flavors throughout the summer, starting with the first flavor reveal today.
And, surprise, it's more cake!
The first Bonus Flavor of the season is Black Forest Cake, "a decadent combination of sweet cherries, dark chocolate and rich cake," says a release.
Each new ice cream is kept top secret until the day of its release. The ice cream is available in scoop shops and online.
The next flavor will be announced in two weeks. The last flavor will be announced on Aug. 17.
