Red Hot Chili Peppers to Bring Dreams of Californication to Cincinnati This Summer

The Grammy Award-winning rockers are extending their "Unlimited Love" tour into 2024 with a stop at Riverbend Music Center on July 5.

Grammy Award-winning band Red Hot Chili Peppers are extending their “Unlimited Love” tour into 2024, with Cincinnati making the list of cities they’ll hit next year.

The “Californication” rockers will take the stage at Riverbend Music Center Friday, July 5, with tickets going on sale to the general public Friday, Dec. 8 at 10 a.m. Indie rock band IRONTOM will join them on tour.

Red Hot Chili Peppers’ 2024 tour will kick off in May and follows massive tour runs across North America, Europe, New Zealand and Australia, Singapore and Japan, and Latin America in 2022 and 2023. The band also recently saw two albums, Unlimited Love and Return of the Dream Canteen, both released in 2022, hit No. 1 on the Billboard Top Album Sales Chart, and their No. 1 single, “Black Summer,” won the award for Best Rock Video at MTV’s Video Music Awards and scored a Grammy nomination for Best Rock Song.

Citi cardholders will be able to purchase presale tickets to July’s show starting Tuesday, Dec. 5 at 10 a.m. until Thursday, Dec. 7 at 10 p.m. through the Citi Entertainment program. An artist presale will run from Wednesday, Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. until Dec. 7 at Ticketmaster.com and Riverbend.org.
