The fountain has probably seen her fair share of fun since 1871, and this Friday is no exception. Come to the heart of Cincinnati and hear some of its best musicians in the latest installment of MidPoint’s Indie Summer. Local bands The Pomegranates (pictured), Enlou, No No Knots and Come On Caboose will rock listeners with their varying definitions of Art/Indie Pop.

Treat yourself to a few 312 Urban Wheat Ales or even your favorite mixed drink, and eat some Skyline or Senor Roy’s Taco Patrol (which pulls up at 11 p.m.) while your ears get some enjoyment as well.

You can also grab three-day wristbands for the 2010 MidPoint Music Festival in late September while you're rocking out. Wristbands are available for $29 at the MPMF booth next to the stage while supplies last; regular price for MidPoint will be $39.

The free show runs 7-11 p.m. Friday at Fountain Square downtown.
