Cincinnati Public Schools' master plan will turn some schools from eight-hour a day children's educational facilities into 16-hour a day facilities that serve the entire community. The Interfaith Alliance of Greater Cincinnati hosts a community forum to discuss the concept of community learning centers, how citizens can be involved and what these centers might mean for Cincinnati. John Gilligan of the Cincinnati Board of Education and others involved with community learning centers will be answer questions. The program starts at 7 p.m. June 1 at First Unitarian Church. Voting Methods
