ENS MPMF.11 Party!

Have fun at MidPoint on Friday? Did you temper your drinking habits and take care of your eardrums well enough to get back out there tonight? Below check out some audio/visual previews of a few of Saturday's best MidPoint Music Festival bets (read our previews off all of these acts and more at mpmf.com). And, again, feel free to pimp anyone we failed to mention in the comments below. —-

You can get started on your MPMFing even earlier today (drinkers — pace yourself). The music on the Contemporary Arts Center singer/songwriter stage begins at 3:30 p.m. with Margaret Stutt (from MPMF act Pezzettino) and Bret Rodystill (The Record Summer). The CAC stage has been a cool new feature this year, as artists from various MPMF bands take turns sharing songs on the MidPoint Midway. At 5 p.m., catch Parker Donaldson (from Nashville Indie Rock band SpiderFriends, who put on my favorite Friday show last night at MOTR Pub) and David Condos (Milktooth). At 6:15, Jessie Torrisi (of Jessie Torrisi and the Please Please Me), Geoff Davin (Nashville solo artist) and Brian Barthelmes (from the band Tallahassee) trade off tunes, while La'akea Pressley (keyboardist for SpiderFriends) performs in the final CAC stage slot at 7:30 p.m.

Also, don't forget about the day party hosted by our pals at Each Note Secure (who have been providing some fantastic MPMF coverage again this year). The party at the Vitaminwater Room at The Hanke Building — featuring some of the best "under the radar" acts from MPMF.11 — is going down right now. The lineup features The Capstan Shafts (at 12:15 p.m.), followed by Nerves Junior, Total Babes and Bro. Stephen (Cheyenne Marie Mize had to cancel).

The All Night Party's daytime Ultrasessions continue today. Just click play below to watch The Dukes are Dead at 12:30 p.m. and Jake Speed and the Freddies at 2:30 p.m.
