1427 Main St., Over-the-Rhine Liberty’s offers the best of both the bar and the bottle with 20 rotating craft beers on tap and 15 wines available by the glass — including half-pours — along with 100 bottles of wine and 40 craft beers via retail. Dogs are welcome and you’ll frequently find one or two sleeping under their owners’ stools at the bar. Bring a pet along and they’ll get to slurp up a water bowl while you sip on an IPA and admire their sleek interior.

111 E. 12th St., Over-the-Rhine This urban winery boasts a selection of housemade wines as well as features from other wineries. Hungry? Revel offers several different shareable bites like warmed olives or three-layer dip, as well as flatbreads and crostinis. For those wishing to get a little cheesy, they can order up a meaty board fully equipped with cured meats and artisan cheeses.

642 Main St., Covington A great wine and beer store. The shop has more than a dozen different beers and wines on draft, and all of the beer is from Kentucky and Ohio. Order a Truck Stop Charcuterie board with your bevs and munch down on pimento cheese, house made jerky and maple bacon Sriracha.
