FC Cincinnati Wins MLS Bid — and the Fans Go Wild

Major League Soccer Commissioner Don Garber announced FC Cincinnati's acceptance into the league last night, and fans celebrated at raucous parties across the city, including Rhinegeist Brewery and Fountain Square.
