The breathtaking lodge, dubbed the Cantwell Lodge at The Cliffs, offers a secluded getaway surrounded by nature located in a renovated Boy Scout cabin built in 1929. The property can host 18 guests with six bedrooms, a sleeping loft, five-and-a-half bathrooms, two living rooms, a game room (accessible by a secret spiral staircase hidden beneath a table), a hot tub, waterfall and heated watering hole.
The stunning renovation was the brainchild of husband-and-wife duo Kimball and Christine, who purchased the property in December of 2019 in hopes of creating "a peaceful retreat where you can literally leave your worries at the doorstep," according to an Instagram post. "The real art is found in the creation that surrounds the home. Its uniqueness and beauty took our breath away when we stumbled onto this property for the first time. Our goal was to take an old lodge that needed a lot of love and create something that [complements] the incredible surroundings. Through that process, our family has come to love this place and create countless special memories on its grounds. Our sincere desire is that you and your loved ones can do the same," their website reads.
Rentals start at $1,099 (with many winter weeknights starting at $899 and summer weekend nights going for $1,999) per night and is bookable online. The current earliest availability is in November.
