Local radio host Tim Timmerman and Cincinnati Childrens Champion program manager Chris Holtman spend their free time flipping Cincinnati houses.
If you're not familiar with him from his Renovation Time with Tim videos, you may be familiar with Timmerman from morning radio program The Jeff & Jenn Morning Show on Q102, which he co-hosts. Tim's partner, Chris Holtman, manages Cincinnati Children's Champion Program. We took a tour of their East Walnut Hills home renovation earlier this year.
The duo teamed up with designer Patti Marshall on their most recent renovation in the heart of Price Hill's Incline District. "What initially drew us to the Price Hill Incline District was the nearby restaurants and entertainment, proximity to Downtown and a cool historical home that needed some TLC," explains Holtman.
The 2-bedroom/2-bath row house is located at 755 Mt. Hope Ave. and is selling for $179,000. According to Holtman, the home was built in 1875 and it was important for the team to maintain some of its original elements like the hardwood floors and staircase, "while also updating it to make it functional for living in 2018."
Some of the homes unique features include its wide-open floor plan throughout the first level, spacious full bathroom on the second level and fenced-in backyard with new deck.
