Sept. 14 is a day of Oktoberfests (see: Oaktoberfest, Old Milford Oktoberfest and West Side Brewing's Oktoberfest) and Samuel Adams Cincinnati Taproom is getting in on the German action with a feier of its own.

The Sam Adams Oktoberfest party starts at 11 a.m. Saturday, with live music and German food from the Lubecker starting at noon. A stein-holding competition also kicks off at noon, with three time slots (tickets are $5). Winners receive a prize and all competitors get to keep the stein.

And if you've got a dirndl or lederhosen, dust 'em off: there will be a best dressed competition.

The party runs 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Admission is free. Samuel Adams Cincinnati Taproom, 1727 Logan St., Over-the-Rhine.
