Maxwell, New Edition and More to Headline 2024 Cincinnati Music Festival

Organizers say this is the most jam-packed R&B lineup the festival has ever had.

At least a few hip-hop and R&B legends will be rolling through Cincinnati as a part of the 2024 Cincinnati Music Festival.

From July 25-27, around 80,000 people from around the country will flock to Cincinnati to attend one of the largest music festivals in the nation. Not only does the music festival boost Cincinnati's role in the national music scene, but it also has a sizable economic impact on the region. According to a press release, the festival has a $107 million annual economic impact.

On Dec. 12, festival organizers revealed in a press release that the 2024 Cincinnati Music Festival will be headlined by Maxwell, Ne-Yo, Fantasia, October London and Lakeside on July 26. New Edition featuring Bobby Brown, Bell Biv DeVoe, Ralph Tresvant, Johnny Gill, KEM, SWV, Stokley and another artist yet to be announced will headline the festival on July 27.

“We are thrilled with this year’s lineup for the Cincinnati Music Festival presented by P&G," Cincinnati Music Festival Producer Joe Santangelo said in a press release. "This year’s lineup is the most jam-packed R&B lineup we’ve ever had, representing fan favorites across the decades from New Edition to Maxwell to Fantasia and so many more."

The first day of the festival, July 25, features a tribute to hip-hop music. Artists participating in the hip-hop tribute have yet to be announced.

The tribute to hip-hop will take place at the Andrew J Brady Music Center while the performances on July 26 and 27 will take place at Paycor Stadium.
