Someone went around the University of Cincinnati neighborhood slashing tires overnight Sunday into Monday.

Someone went around the University of Cincinnati neighborhoods slashing tires Sunday night. We aren’t sure if they were wearing green.

Cincinnati Police said in a Twitter post that many residents of Clifton, University Heights and Fairview reported their tires had been slashed. They say others reported general damage to their vehicles.

This close to Christmas, this holiday Grinch must be stopped! Their heart needs to grow at least three sizes.

One Twitter user suggested the students and other residents should just get over it.
