John Cena, Venus Williams and More Celebrities Coming to Cincinnati for the Kroger Wellness Festival

Some local celebs like Anthony Muñoz, Molly Wellmann and Marty Brennaman will also be in attendance.

Some big names are coming to Cincinnati for the annual Kroger Wellness Festival this September.

The Kroger Wellness Festival is a two-day health and wellness event featuring more than 100 panel discussions, food demonstrations, fitness classes and musical performances. The festival will take place across six stages at The Banks in downtown Cincinnati on Friday-Saturday, Sept. 22-23, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. both days.

On Tuesday, along with a programming schedule, organizers also announced the celebrity guests making appearances event:

  • WWE Champion and actor John Cena (although you can’t see him)
  • Actress Cameron Diaz
  • Professional tennis player Venus Williams
  • Former Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Johnson
  • Super Bowl champions Eli and Peyton Manning
  • Food Network chef Amanda Freitag
  • The Talk host Amanda Kloots
  • Professional street basketball player Grayson Boucher
  • Peloton instructor Alex Toussaint

“The Kroger Wellness Festival will provide several interactive healthy activities for the entire family,” Colleen Lindholz, president of Kroger Health, said in a press release. “We have an exciting schedule featuring athletes and celebrities who will join us as we create an environment where the community can be inspired to take a step forward in their wellness journey.”

Some Cincinnati celebs will also be in attendance, including Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame broadcaster Marty Brennaman and his wife, Amanda; chef Christian Gill; Drew and Lea Lachey; NFL Hall of Famer Anthony Muñoz; and bartender Molly Wellmann.

The Kroger Wellness Festival is the largest, free event of its kind in the United States and celebrates physical, mental and emotional health for the whole family. More than 100 experiences and food offerings are planned, and they’ll all focus on six core pillars of transformation: balance, move, breathe, care, uplift and play.

The festival will also host two free concerts, with the Barenaked Ladies on Friday, Sept. 22 and Flo Rida on Saturday, Sept. 23, both from 5-6:30 p.m.
