The Righteous Room

Unwind from a stressful work day by sipping on a happy hour special and enjoying artwork from local artists Shawna Guip and Pall Coors and New York’s David Ellis at the Righteous Room. The bar is in the heart of Downtown’s arts and entertainment district, making it an excellent pre-Aronoff show destination for their happy hour’s half-price drafts and wells and $5 6-ounce pours of Proverb Rosé (4-7 p.m. Monday through Friday). You can get $5 off all wine bottles and $2 off 6-ounce wine glass wine pours from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.

Top of the Park

For a stunning, nearly-360-degree view of downtown Cincinnati and its riverfront, plus some amazing craft cocktails, snag the elevator in the lobby of The Phelps hotel and take it to the very top where you’ll find one of the best rooftop bars in the city. The bar features different specials Tuesday through Thursday. Celebrate Taco Tuesday with $12 featured tacos and Baja Tacos, plus $7 drafts. Every Wednesday, get your wine and charcuterie fix with $3 off glasses of wine or $10 off bottles and a $20 charcuterie board for two. Sip like you're in a magazine. With a “slightly retro-mostly modern” vibe, HomeMakers is a colorful, fun place to find your next favorite cocktail or spritzer. The bar hosts Spritzer Hour from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and Saturday 1-4 p.m., offering a discount on their low-proof spritzers. Featured spritzers include the Casablanca (red delicious apple-infused Cap Corse Mattei, sparkling wine and seltzer), the Rolls Royce (clarified milk punch, plum sake, fino, absinthe and sparkling brut rosé), As You Like It (cucumber-infused dry vermouth, sparkling wine and seltzer) and Homeclaw (strawberry-infused Carpano Bianco, sparkling brut rosé and seltzer).

Anjou

Anjou breaks the mold when it comes to cocktail bars. Its owners said when they first walked through the space, they were inspired by the sunlight spilling through the building's tall windows and wanted to weave in the light and airiness of the space into their concept and offer a contrast to the other darker, moodier cocktail bars that were popular at the time. What they have now is a graceful aesthetic with bright, punchy drinks like the She-Wolf (pear, ginger, herbal and elderflower liqueurs with gin and lemon) and the Bill Murray (tequila, pisco, agave lime, pineapple-mango shrub and salt). You can grab one of these for 25% off during happy hour from 3-6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. The discount also applies to beers and wine.

Queen City Radio

222 W. 12th St., Over-the-Rhine
The former auto body shop-turned multi-level Over-the-Rhine hang features rotating taps of local, regional and national beer, canned and bottled brews, and a small cocktail program. Somerset

Somerset offers a lush oasis that brings to mind faraway places. Lost & Found

Lost & Found is a funky, community-driven gathering space with an inventive drink menu and small bites inside of a creative, art-filled environment – once a multi-car garage – where work from local artists fill the walls from room to room. The bar features Easy Hour Wednesday through Friday from 4-7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 2-5 p.m. Have a beer for $3 or wine for $5, or split a pitcher of margaritas, daiquiris, mules or Bee’s Knees (gin, honey and lemon) with your friends. The Belle and the Bear

This neighborhood dive bar is known for its live music and affordable drinks, but The Belle and the Bear’s generous happy hour is even more of a reason to come here and admire the poster-lined ceiling and neon-glowing stage. Happy hour runs from 3-8 p.m. Monday through Friday and from noon to 8 p.m. Saturday. Beers on tap include classics like Bud Light and Blue Moon, but you’ll also find some local brews like Truth from Rhinegeist and Astra Red Cream Soda Hard Seltzer from March First Brewing and Distilling.

Queen City Exchange’s happy hour gets a little risky. This bar’s beer prices operate much like the stock market, with prices rising or falling based on customer demand. This dynamic drink exchange means any of their 41 draft beers can fall to as low as $4.

Bishop’s Quarter

212 W. Loveland Ave., Loveland
You’ll find a different vibe on each level of this three-level bar in the heart of historic Loveland. On the first floor, you’ll find an extensive list of bourbon and the feel of New Orleans’ French Quarter; go upstairs to the second floor for wine and coziness thanks to the fireplace and love seats; and on the third floor, you’ll find the industrial and sports-bar-style of The Landing, the rooftop bar.
