Blue Ash’s Fretboard Brewing is opening a Norwood location inside of the Factory 52 development.

Upcoming Factory 52 is a 20-acre mixed-used development project that already has many new businesses announced including Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams and Asheville-based Hi-Wire Brewing.

According to a Facebook post from Factory 52, the Fretboard Brewing location will be housed in ‘The Gatherall’ as space in the development which will host 14 different restaurants plus a rooftop bar.

At their Blue Ash spots Fretboard currently offers food, live music, events and of course their house-brewed beers that range from their year-round classics to their seasonal offerings.

Based on the Factory 52 announcement, it seems that the Norwood location is going to have all the Fretboard Brewing favorites.

The Factory 52 project was announced in 2020, according to developers Viox & Viox.

It is slated to transform the old U.S. Playing Card factory into a massive space for residential, retail and office use. They promise “community gathering spaces” as well as a three-story parking garage. The website says residents will have access to amenities including a food hall, event lawn, pickleball court, dog park and resort-style swimming pool.

No official opening date has been announced for the new Fretboard Brewing location. Find more information at fretboardbrewing.com.
